Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of LensTracker (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Not a medical device

LensTracker is a wellness and habit-tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional eye care. Insights, scores, and AI chat responses are informational only. If you experience eye discomfort, redness, pain, or vision changes, consult an eye care professional promptly.

Your account

You authenticate using Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure — that's what protects access to your account.

Subscriptions

Premium (AI Insights) is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID account.
The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged the yearly price.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies — we don't process refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Don't use LensTracker to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the AI chat feature outside its intended purpose of supporting your own eye care routine.

Data & content

Your wear logs, product data, and account information belong to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's collected and how it's handled. You can delete your account and data at any time from within the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

LensTracker is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond general wellness tracking.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LensTracker and its developer aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on insights, scores, or AI chat responses.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
